KFCOLL'S is the official operational application of PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution (KFTD), specifically designed to facilitate the invoice collection process. This application serves as a communication bridge and efficient operation between the KFTD Collection team and customers across the entire branch network in Indonesia.

We understand that accuracy and transparency are key to accounts receivable management. Therefore, KFCOLL'S offers an integrated digital tracking system that allows every collection stage to be recorded in real time with valid evidence.

KFCOLL'S Key Features:

Transparent Collection Tracking: Monitor the status of your accounts receivable invoices anytime and anywhere. All data is synchronized directly with the KFTD central dashboard system.

Upload Digital Proof (Proof of Work): Ensure the security and validity of every transaction with the direct document/photo upload feature. Supports the following processes:

Upload Proof of Delivery Confirmation.

Upload Proof of Invoice Handover.

Upload Proof of Payment from Customers.

Real-Time Notifications: Receive instant notifications (via Push Notifications) whenever there are important status updates, such as when an invoice has been paid or proof of payment has been verified and received.

National Access: An integrated system designed to support the mobility of Collector teams and facilitate Customers across all KFTD branches nationwide.

Usage Notes:
This application is closed (Enterprise B2B) and is intended exclusively for KFTD internal parties (Collectors) and officially registered partners/Customers. Login requires credentials in the form of a User ID and Password issued and managed directly by the administrator of PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution.
