I am filing a complaint regarding my experience as a partner driver. I completed trips but did not receive payment, which is unacceptable. My account was also blocked while I was still learning how the app works, without proper notice or support. In addition, I am assigned to clients who are too far, yet cancellation is restricted, causing unfair loss of time and fuel. I request immediate payment, account review, and fairer policies.

I have done 4 rides with this app, all in february, I still havent been payed 1 cent of what i made. I have contacted them multiple times and have not once received a helpful response. Do not work with this app, they scam you. As always they reply with an automated message that does nothing to fix the problem.

You will complete trips, and the app will refuse to pay for the work done. Earnings are shown but never transferred to account. Support keeps giving excuses. Many other drivers are facing the same issue. Save your time and fuel — avoid this app completely. There are better ride apps that actually pay on time
