Customer service non-existent. The setup and install of the doorbell itself was easy enough. I had a question about the subscription. I emailed several times and even added a comment to their customer satisfaction survey. I have had absolutely no response. I got the doorbell thinking I would try it out with a view to adding a home security camera but now I will look into Amazon Blink instead, maybe even switch over the doorbell too.

I cannot install the software on my phone, Samsung S7 Edge, as there is no setup option available on the app. I've tried installing the app 3 time.Therefore the it has been a complete waste of money. Unless the developer can offer a solution i would not recommend this product.

A complete waste of time app. Thryvjudt want to plug in an monitor and market your information. This app does not take you to a setup page but will more than happily help you buy products third party. No thank you-Pass...
