The FQC App is the official application developed to facilitate the work of Quality Control (QC) personnel within the organization in accurately, quickly, and systematically recording data and tracking the status of final product quality inspection (Final Quality Control).
Key Features of the Application:
Easy Work Order Scanning: Supports scanning barcodes and QR codes to instantly search for and load work order codes, product models, material codes, and lot quantities.
Real-time Cumulative Inspection Recording: Employees in each shift (Shift A and Shift B) can scan and record individual and machine-specific inspection totals simultaneously. The system automatically accumulates the totals, preventing overwriting.
FQC Tracking System: The screen summarizes the percentage of work order completion and clearly displays the work history of all machines and employees in each shift.
Defect Logging: Records the number of defective parts sorted, such as 92, 91, 89, 87, 09MB, along with the cause code, to keep a history of problem analysis.
Offline Mode: When the internet connection is lost, employees can still record check totals into the local database as usual, and the system will automatically sync the data to the cloud and Google Sheets when it comes back online.
Multilingual Support: The application supports up to 4 languages for employee convenience: Thai, Myanmar (Burmese), Chinese, and English.
