About this app

My students, your entire record is on your phone. Designed for private tutors in Egypt—from first grade to twelfth grade—so you can leave behind attendance sheets and money books and go with just one thing.

Students: Add a student once and they'll instantly receive a unique code. This code includes their name, grade, school, phone number, parent's phone number, and a profile containing all their information: their groups, attendance, payments, and exam scores.

Groups: Create groups with their weekly schedules and monthly prices. Assign students to these groups, and the app will automatically generate the group's classes with their dates.

Attendance by Code: Each student receives a card with a QR code that you send them via WhatsApp. During the class, simply scan the code, and attendance is recorded instantly. You can also manually enter the code, mark the student present, late, or with an excuse, and add a note at the time of registration. Finally, with one tap, mark the rest absent.

Monthly Collection
The app calculates the amount due for each student in their group. You can collect all or part of it, and a receipt will be generated to send to the parent. You can also see who has paid and who hasn't yet.

Exams and Grades
Create a final exam for the group, record student grades, and see who is above average and who is below average.

Reports
Attendance percentage, collected and remaining fees, student performance—readable reports instantly.

Alerts
Receive a reminder before each class so you never miss a lesson.

Works Offline
All your data is stored on your phone. No account creation is required, and your students' data is never shared with anyone. The app opens and functions fully offline.

Backup
Create a backup of all your data in a single file and save it wherever you like, or link your Google account and upload it to your Drive. And if you change your phone or anything happens, get it back in one step.

Entirely Arabic. An Arabic interface written in a dialect you'll understand at a glance, and there's also English if you prefer.
