I had a terrible experience with this app. After initially logging in, I found myself completely locked out and unable to access my account again. I tried resetting my password multiple times, but the new passwords never worked. This has been extremely frustrating, especially when you need to access your bookings urgently. The app’s customer support was unresponsive, leaving me stuck without any help.

Decent app, a few things don't work, as you can't deactivate dark mode. When subscribed to the waiting list, you don't get notifications when spots free up. The animations/videos in the background on the login page always bug my phone.

At first, I wished there was a 0-star ption or less for rating. The app has a really bad UI/UX. Sometimes, some screens don’t respond properly. I tried to reserve a gym session, but it didn’t get booked correctly. Some services in the app feel useless. There are problems with retrieving the password. The app also glitches sometimes. Honestly, it feels like the app needs to be completely rebuilt from scratch
