About this app

Kharch Log is an expense tracker for Android. It keeps a record of your kharch: UPI payments, bank SMS, cash, and income. Rows are saved in a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. Kharch Log is a record book. It is not a bank, a wallet, or a payment app.

What you can do
- Sign in with Google. Kharch Log creates a spreadsheet in your Drive, or uses one you choose, and writes your entries there.
- Turn on SMS if you want bank and UPI alerts logged for you. You can turn SMS off at any time. Messages the app is not sure about wait for you to approve, edit, or skip.
- Add cash and other spending by hand, or by voice (for example, "250 spent for tea").
- Mark income, including salary, when a message matches the salary keyword you set.
- Use your own expense and income categories.
- See today and monthly totals in the app, and open the same rows in Google Sheets.
- Share an entry or a simple PDF invoice. If you save a UPI ID, it can be shown on that share so someone else can pay you in their own UPI app. Kharch Log does not take, hold, or send that payment.
- Use Credits to note money you gave someone, money you received back, and what is still due between you and that person. That list is only your note.

What Kharch Log does not do
Kharch Log does not give you money. Kharch Log does not owe you money. Easy Peeze Tools does not owe you money either. We do not hold your funds, move your funds, lend to you, or pay anyone on your behalf. A Credit row does not make Kharch Log, Easy Peeze Tools, or any other person your lender or your debtor. Amounts, names, and due dates are what you typed or what an SMS contained. You are responsible for checking them. This app does not give financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. It is not Form 16 software and it does not file your taxes. An SMS can be read wrong. Check the sheet before you rely on a figure.

Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You can set the name shown on your profile. We ask for your date of birth and for your acceptance of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. One Google account is used on one device at a time. If you delete an expense or an income entry, that row is removed from your Google Sheet.

Price
You install Kharch Log from Google Play and sign in. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. There is no monthly subscription. The price you pay is the price shown on the purchase screen when you pay.
