There are classic, hallowed prayers that every Catholic should know. Many Catholics learned these as children and use them daily today. They are holy, time-tested, and have been prayed by billions of Christians throughout history, and are now available online for free. We provide these prayers in English as well as Latin, since Latin is the official language of the Western Church and many people learned them originally in Latin. The Chaplet of Mercy is recited using ordinary Rosary beads of five decades. The Chaplet is preceded by two opening prayers from the Diary of Saint Maria Faustina Kowalska and followed by a closing prayer.

A novena is typically nine days of prayer in preparation of a celebration of a feast day. At the National Shrine of The Divine Mercy, the Chaplet of Divine Mercy Novena is recited perpetually at the Hour of Great Mercy — the three o'clock hour.

I love this app. It's the perfect prayer guide with a different prayer for every possible situation. I also love the fact that you get a different prayer for your morning, afternoon, dinner time and night prayers and a choice of a quick one if you haven't got much time but still want to say a prayer. There's no ads constantly interrupting your time conversing with the lord. Would definitely recommend for any Catholic
