About this app

HomeStar Therapy is a work app designed for therapists affiliated with HomeStar.

You can manage your daily tasks in a single workflow, from clocking in and accepting reservations to conducting visits and checking settlements.

■ Key Features

• Checking and Accepting Reservations

Check reservation cards sorted by distance from your location, and immediately accept them after reviewing the destination, course, price, and client requests.

• Real-time Notifications for New Reservations Near You

While on duty, you receive an immediate notification when a new reservation is received within 20km of your location. You won't miss it even if your screen is off.

• Visit Management

Upon acceptance, you are redirected to the visit screen to send a departure text to the client. You can then manage the process step-by-step, from arrival to the start and completion of the treatment. The remaining time until the reservation is also displayed in real-time.

• My Reservations Archive

Reservations with remaining time are stored in 'My Reservations' on My Page, and you receive a notification to prepare for the visit as the scheduled time approaches.

• Treatment & Settlement History

Check your completed and cancelled records, daily earnings, and estimated settlement amounts directly within the app. ■ User Guide

This app is exclusively for therapists registered with HomeStar, and you must obtain an account from an administrator to use it.

Location information is used only during work hours (commute) for the purpose of providing nearby reservation guidance and calculating distances, and collection stops when work ends.
