About this app

Khutba for Me brings the Friday sermon to your phone in your own language.

Many in the congregation hear the khutba in Arabic and miss much of it.
This app translates the khutba and publishes it the same day – to read
and to listen to.

HOW IT WORKS
The khutba is recorded at the mosque, translated, and published to the app
usually within an hour of jumu'ah. Choose your language in Settings and both
the app and the khutba follow it. If you want, you get a notification when a
new khutba is ready, in the language you read in.

FEATURES
• The full khutba in your language – Qur'an and hadith also in Arabic
• Listen to the khutba – playback continues with the screen off
• The audio follows the text: the paragraph being read is highlighted, and
tapping any paragraph jumps there
• A youth version: the same message, shorter and easier to approach
• Download khutbas and read them with no connection
• Adjustable text size
• Automatic deletion keeps storage under control
• A notification when a new khutba is published – only if you enable it

LANGUAGES
Finnish and English today. More languages are on the way.

MOSQUES
Tawfiq Masjid (Espoo) is included today. More mosques are coming.

PRIVACY
No accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking. The app collects no personal
data. Notifications are off by default.

PLEASE NOTE
The translation is produced automatically using speech recognition and AI,
and is meant to support understanding of the khutba. It does not replace
the khateeb's original words and is not an official religious ruling.

The app is free.
The Friday khutba in your language – read or listen, right after jumu'ah.
