About this app

IMPORTANT: This app is only for Kia vehicles with Kia eServices (formerly UVO eServices). If your vehicle is equipped with Kia Connect, UVO luxe, or UVO eco, please download the Kia Access pp:

Stay informed and prepared wherever you go with Kia eServices. Kia eServices is a Kia America telematics service for select vehicles without built-in connectivity (no remote capabilities).

Using your smart phone, Kia eServices can provide the following features:

1. Vehicle Diagnostics: Diagnose whether problems exist within major vehicle systems. If an abnormality exists, you can call Kia Roadside Assist or schedule a service appointment with your Kia Dealership directly from the vehicle or using the UVO app.
2. Roadside Assist: Contact Kia Roadside Assistance Program with just a click.
3. MyPOIs: Synchronize your POIs list from your Kia owner account with your vehicle’s navigation system.
4. Parking Minder: Save your vehicle’s parked location where the vehicle parked and navigate to it later, or send the location to a friend.
5. My Car Zone: Create records of when your vehicle is traveling faster than a set speed, starts driving later than a set time, or enters a set restricted area
6. Trip Info: Analytics of your monthly driving habits such as total driving distance and average speed.
7. Dealer Appointments: Request service appointments at a dealership of your choosing.

A $50,000+ car and I have to plug my phone into the car to use the app!!! That might have been cool 10 years ago, but not today. There isn't even an option to upgrade to a descent system like other vehicles that you manufacture already have. Finding aftermarket options is almost impossible too. Come on Kia, I love the car, but get it together and pay attention to the details!!!

Hi Robert, We apologize for the issue you experienced. Due to our USB cord providing the best connection we only allow USB as a feature. As too wireless connection which it wont provide the same amount of service of accuracy. It is also recommended by KIA. It works, but would be much nicer if there were a way to add services done on the car, mileage, and dates. I went to the dealer for every service interval through 55k miles, and only one of them registered in the app. I have all the receipts, but there is nowhere to add the info. It would also be helpful to add stuff from other service shops, because I now know the dealer is a rip-off artist, and I take my car elsewhere. All other features work fine. 2015 Kia Forte, Pixel 4A phone.

Its kind of useless. Only works when its plugged in with USB. Even when its plugged in, it barely works. Constantly says its waiting for a Bluetooth connection on my phone, but never connects. I have to use Android Auto. Because for some reason my car doesn't have navigation. Can't use UVO and Android Auto at the same time. Let me rephrase. Its completly useless.
