KIA India Plant is decided to provide integrated mobile communication channel and various information to employees. This project will have the mobile application for employee and Web application for the Admin User. Harmony Mobile Application is to provide the access to employee and they can update and interact with various department easily. Harmony mobile app is specifically developed to help & guide employees. Mobile app will support Android and IOS. Web for Admin User to handle the Mobile application. Web Based Admin Portal is designed to manage the Communication and bonding between Management & Employees department wise.
