this is an established company in the UAE no doubt but when you purchase and you want to return or exchange items the customer service gives you an excuse about hygiene reasons can't return the items, they didn't mention it before ordering that when you purchase can't return,also no option for cash on delivery,I'm regular customer unfortunately I get this experience yesterday,I like kibson, please make the easy way for customers.

The app isn't working anymore. And the website link is difficult to navigate, like I can't add items without charging again for delivery

Good selection of food products however delivery time is not accurate at all and they totally ignore any special or additional instructions even if it was available for the order. Ex. Bought two cakes with birrhday wishes both were delivered in a different time and without anything. One day we received turkey breast instead of chicken, realised few days later and couldn't return. Good and healthy products but they should work more on delivery quality and accuracy.
