About this app

The KICASignPlus app, newly provided by Korea Information Certificate, provides electronic signature authentication services on Android-based smart devices and PKI-based electronic signature services through mobile browsers. Just as you install and use a program to use a joint certificate on your PC, you can use the same functions after installing the KICASignPlus app on your smart device.

[Main functions]
- Electronic signature authentication service (application, issuance, renewal)
- Import and export joint certificates
- Joint certificate management
- Mobile browser-based electronic signature and identity verification service

* Data charges may apply when downloading applications over LTE or 3G networks. We recommend using a Wi-Fi network whenever possible.

[Supported devices]
- Android OS 6.0 or higher terminal
- The service cannot be used on terminals whose operating systems have been altered, such as rooted.
- Smartphones other than the Samsung Galaxy S series, Samsung Galaxy Note series, and LG V series may not operate properly due to the characteristics of the terminal.

[Service access rights information]
* Required access rights
- Phone: Used to check mobile phone status and connect to customer service center.
- Storage space: Used to store and use joint certificates
(Starting from Android OS 10, requesting permission for storage space is not required. This permission is required for Android OS 9 and lower versions.)

* Optional access rights
- Camera: Used to provide QR Code recognition function

* How to revoke access rights
- Settings > Applications > Select KICASignPlus > Permissions > Select consent or withdrawal for each access right.
