Requesting a new SKU to be added takes a lot of time to be processed, there is no notification also, and request can only be done in the web version. As seller, I need to list my item fast to catch demand

buying experience is very good, BUT there is too much update like everytime i open the app it's always needing an update. lesser the update guys come on

The refund system need to be fixed. CS is so slow and unresponsive as I need to get my money back ASAP. The system should have refund the money the moment when transaction is failed, but here, u have to confirm it manuall to the CS which like I said before, is slow.
