The refund system need to be fixed. CS is so slow and unresponsive as I need to get my money back ASAP. The system should have refund the money the moment when transaction is failed, but here, u have to confirm it manuall to the CS which like I said before, is slow.

This app is an absolute scam. The top-up process is ridiculously slow and shady. I topped up my money and the app doesn’t even show where it went — no pending status, no confirmation, nothing. When I contacted customer service, they were completely useless. All they did was stall and make excuses just to delay my issue. It’s been a 4 days, and my money is still gone. This platform is a total joke and a waste of time. 0/10 experience — don’t ever trust or spend a single cent here.

I uploaded 9 pictures on the app, but only 4 appeared while the rest were blank. I contacted customer service, and they asked for a video, which I sent. It has already taken 4 days just to fix a simple picture issue, and the customer service hasn’t been helpful either. The worst part of the app is the frequent logouts due to session expiration, which is really annoying.
