Just joined and Kick Avenue has been extremely slow and lagging and it has been having an adverse effect on the way I interact with it. The application takes a long time to load and once it finally does, I find that it often stops responding or performing at a slow pace. Sometimes, it begins to freeze up and it takes some time before it finally resumes working-all of which is causing me a great deal of frustration.

This app is an absolute scam. The top-up process is ridiculously slow and shady. I topped up my money and the app doesn’t even show where it went — no pending status, no confirmation, nothing. When I contacted customer service, they were completely useless. All they did was stall and make excuses just to delay my issue. It’s been a 4 days, and my money is still gone. This platform is a total joke and a waste of time. 0/10 experience — don’t ever trust or spend a single cent here.

Just recently download n register here. My first experience is.. it has lot of bugs here n there :| no searching bar or detailed category to ease user while finding the desired items. Well, it's kinda exhausting to scroll all along the brand tho.. Also you need to add the "last viewed items" part to your app. I think your interface is cool feels like sto** * in your way kind of style, but you guys need to fix those problems. thanks!😃
