Horrible app service, easy to install and ride, but when it comes to end the ride thats the problem starts, it won't stop, u could only paused it until you chat with someone in customer service and they will take there time so it could add minutes to the total bill. Basically a scam. Nassau Bahamas Don't used unless you want to get rip off. I should have read the reviews before I downloaded the app. Shame on me

highly impractical in Old San Juan Puerto Rico too many restricted areas and cannot leave it at the place where I arrive. not worth the money! don't do it!

hard to get payment info to work, expensive, very limited areas to ride (not the company's fault but still a thing)
