Horrible app service, easy to install and ride, but when it comes to end the ride thats the problem starts, it won't stop, u could only paused it until you chat with someone in customer service and they will take there time so it could add minutes to the total bill. Basically a scam. Nassau Bahamas Don't used unless you want to get rip off. I should have read the reviews before I downloaded the app. Shame on me

This program doesn't work quite correctly in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It took me about 20 minutes to stop the ride, even though I left the scooter in an authorized place.

most time I had to get with customer service to end ride and that took like 10min each time
