Utter garbage. Been pulling my hair out for weeks now because it freezes with a white screen every time I try to clock in or out, and I have to force kill it repeatedly. Adds up to hours of wasted time. I had to guess my timecard this week because it so completely screwed it up. Takes ages to load and have to tell it who I am every time. Schedule flys all over the screen and messes up if you try to use it quickly. And it doesn't tell you what you're clocked into, so you have to dig to find it.

This app is absolute trash. I have spent hours out of my day trying to utilize this app for work. It does not load, once you do get it to load it gives errors for file uploading and service. I have very fast Wifi and it does not help the the loading inefficiency of this app. If you think, oh I'll just use the web based version think again. It constantly says the website can't be loaded or isn't available. If you're an employer looking to use this for your techs, don't waste you money or time!

sense the most recent update, the app now resets almost every time I open a new app, so I must remind it what tech i am. Not only that, but when I open the app, I now have to wait like 30 seconds for the tech drop down to actually work, and that's if it actually loads the tech names. I have to close the app for photos to actually upload to jobs, otherwise its just processing forever. I also liked being able to see the address from the list of jobs Menu better. please fix these issues.
