I ordered a UK 7.5, they sent the wrong size. I can't get hold of support at all. I am trying to login, it shows wrong password. I have tried to reset it several times, dont even receive a reset email. You cant get hold of anyone. DO NOT ORDER, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE.

I purchased Jordan's in 2022 with no problem. I recently paid for nike alphafly 3 on 12/6/25 and the status still only shows payment received after 1 week purchase. I never received a tracking number. I have messaged customer service on the app any they never reply. there is no phone number to call. kicksonfire is not on BBB(better business bureau).

I purchase a pair of Air Max 90 on March the 14th for $235. On March the 17 inquired about shipping infomation. I got a response asking for patience. Minutes later the order was cancelled. I receive a message saying it was because of quality. I reorderd them and it was cancelled minuties later. This time they said I had to reorder again. NOW THE SHOES ARE $500. PLEASE EXPLAIN!
