Ratings and reviews

It has so much potential. However, the developers have stopped caring for it. You can browse all you like but if you plan on actually backing projects just use the website. The app is glitchy it won't load your account options/ pledges. Backing barely works and sometimes you will lose the project because the app needs to reload.

I used to love the app, but now it's super buggy. I will click on a project and instead the page will refresh, and I'll have to either find it again or search for it. The app won't let me save any projects, as if the heart icon is unresponsive to my touch both on the project page and in the feed. I will also log in and occasionally be logged off mid search or stroll. I feel bad for all the creators using this app when it's not functioning as intended.

I've been using the website so much, I foolishly thought the app would be more convenient. Of course it's not, given the app rating I gave. There's no true navigation to any projects I want to view, there's no navigation to my account nor any saved projects, and I'm not entirely convinced it saved my credit card info since the payment will occasionally show up (so who knows if I can get the app to forget it). It's better to use your browser for the website rather than this janky app.
