Ratings and reviews

For the past few weeks, the app has been buggy to the point of almost being unusable. I always get a red "Something Went Wrong" error when I try to change rewards or manage my pledge. I have cleared my cache, uninstalled/reinstalled, and still nothing. The site seems to be okay but it's just annoying to not be able to use the app.

Used to work great. They keep doing unnecessary updates that break things. You used to be able to fix a failed payment method in the app. But now it doesn't give you an option to change the payment method, just to retry the card that failed/doesnt work. Now I have to fix such pledges on the desktop site. This worked in app before they changed it! They also changed how your pledges appear on your profile. They were arranged chronologically, but now they constantly change. Hard to find anything!

I would give the app 5 stars, but for the app being a bit buggy lately. One must use the website for a more stable user experience, but the website does not offer the same "Backings" section as the app offers. The "Backings" (beta) section does not want to load... ever. It only displays, "Something went wrong - Pull to refresh." Sporadically, other areas have that same issue with not loading properly, but at least return to the 'home page' when an error does happen.
