About this app

Kidbox is the story-making machine that lets kids and parents create their own read-aloud storybooks.

Create a fully custom story in as little as 5 minutes, complete with characters, places, plotlines and lessons from real life, and watch your kid fall in love with reading it.

Use the magic camera to snap a photo of your kid, a pet or a favorite stuffed animal and put them right in the story.

Think:
• A one-of-a-kind adventure with your family pet
• Learning to be brave at the first swim lesson
• Overcoming fears on the plane to visit grandpa

Kids can also make their own stories by mixing characters and objects from the Kidbox library, and every story they read earns a sticker for their next creation.

No feeds, no autoplay, no ads. Strict guardrails and controlled prompts keep every story kid-safe.

Love a story? Order it as a softcover or hardcover book, shipped straight to your door.

Ratings and reviews

This app is a game changer! It is always refreshing to see a new take on how some of our favorite classics are told or presented and KidBox Stories does just that. We get to see the books that we loved as kids, along with new ones, brought to life with a wondrous art style. I know that this app will bring nothing but smiles to my toddler as we read through the selection of books that the app has to offer! Amazing work!

My son loves this app! He gets to be creative and immerse himself into fun stories. A much richer and interactive experience than watching YouTube videos.
