I generally like this app as it runs solidly with my water censor, has no ads, no connection issues and rarely crashes. The only reason I am knocking is down two stars, is that it no longer tells the temp on the freeze sensor. If that came back it would be a 5 star rating. (I see the reply, but again the temperature reading worked well for me, it was a feature I was using, and it is still missed. I will probably have to buy something that would replace what is missing.)

Pretty easy to set-up and being able to access my fire alarms from my phone is great, would be 5 stars, if the critical alarms wouldn't blow out your eardrums and change settings. And if the app work to prevent events Update: The app will not let me clear an event without having to close the app and it doesn't register an event until it sends you a notification. Example, faulty alarms going off every 5 minutes, you can't have the app open to clear the alarms, because it doesn't register them

The app was fine when I first started using it about 6-8 months ago. Since then, Kidde has pushed two or three updates, each one worse than the version before. With each update, it seems to take an extra click or two to get the reading I want. With the latest update, I have to decline the app from accessing my location every time I select a device. It's getting to be too inconvenient to use.
