• Setup is simple – easily add alarms by scanning the QR code on the back of the product when connected to your home Wi-Fi 2.4GHz network
• Easily test your alarm to check that it’s on and working when you are home*
• Receive notifications when a device needs to be replaced
• Option to notify friends and family if smoke or carbon monoxide is detected when you are not home

Smart Detection featuring Kidde HomeSafe™

A comprehensive suite of home safety devices. They’re equipped with the Kidde HomeSafe feature that connects these Wi-Fi-enabled alarms with the Kidde app for instant notifications of home safety threats sent to your phone, even when you’re not at home.

Double the detection
Helps keep your family safer with additional sensing capability and provides the convenience of a device that handles two important jobs instead of just one.

Smoke + Carbon Monoxide Alarm with Indoor Air Quality Monitor
An industry first**
The first all-in-one smart home safety device to integrate smoke and carbon monoxide (CO) detection with Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) monitoring.

Carbon Monoxide Alarm with Indoor Air Quality Monitor
Easy plug-in operation
Plugs into a standard outlet to provide convenient, reliable detection and easily moves from room to room as needed.

Water Leak + Freeze Detector
Early detection
Detects leaks, flooding, or if the temperature starts approaching freezing, so you can take steps to avoid damage.

RemoteLync Camera
The RemoteLync camera is a cordless, Wi-Fi-enabled security camera that captures clips and alerts you and your network when there is motion in your home. You can arm and disarm the camera manually or use the built-in geofence to automatically arm it when you leave home.

- Record a clip any time to see what’s happening inside your house
- Ability to share clips via email or social media
- Pet mode prevents a pet’s movements from triggering the device
- Long battery life – up to 3 months

RemoteLync Monitor
The RemoteLync monitor plugs into your wall and listens for your smoke and CO alarms, alerting you if there’s a potential threat. If RemoteLync hears an alarm, it will send you or an emergency contact a notification. That way, you can be sure your house is being protected – even if you aren’t in it.

- Works with your existing smoke or carbon monoxide alarms
- Plugs into any available wall outlet

*This feature is only available on devices with the Kidde HomeSafe feature, not other interconnected alarms, when you are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the alarm.
**First Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Listed carbon monoxide and smoke detection device with indoor air quality monitoring.

Good device, relatively ugly app. If I could change just one thing, it would be to always show both my smoke detectors instead of showing 1 and having to click show-more in order to see the 2nd one (super lame). My second request would be to allow dark-mode like all other modern apps. That would be way less ugly. 3rd, I should be able to customize notifications and tvoc level that triggers them. EDIT: No I only have one house, with 2 smoke detectors. Both under one house, but just one shown.

Hi, So the app doesn't show all your devices because you can have multiple properties with detectors. What I can forward to the developers is maybe set a "Default Property" that opens automatically. Thank you for taking out the time to send us your suggestions!

About to return. Update: Firmware completed on Smoke/CO2 detector next morning after writing review. New issue: Water + Freeze detector refuses to connect. Trying both with QR and Manual, red battery light blinks twice and then app claims my Bluetooth isn't enabled when in fact it is (Wi-Fi also enabled). On very first attempt, got so far as to area of house but Property wasn't listed as option on account. Properly 'resetting' w/o batteries for over 30 seconds.

Hi Rob, there's another way you can try to reset the water leak detector. Hold a metal object(paper clip, screwdriver, etc.) against the 2 silver prongs on the bottom of the device.

Loved the fire alarms and leak detectors, but recently purchased more leak detectors and they have been frustrating for them to get connected to my phone. They show up under available Bluetooth devices but app acts like they aren't there. I've restarted my phone, reinstalled the application, and factory reset the device. One of them randomly connected when I tried out of desperation. Contacted Kidde and they sent me a new one with different firmware that worked so must be a firmware issue.
