This app helps you setup EZ Link on your compatible Karaoke microphones or Headphones. This app is compatible only with the following devices which are sold separately:

Honestly awful app. It doesn't allow me to connect my tablet to the karaoke machine, I have to do it on my phone and ONLY ONE PHONE CAN CONNECT! That's the most frustrating part. I can connect one through my phone but then they're both tethered to the machine and that's so annoying! I unpair and disconnect and it just doesn't show up on other devices. I even deleted the machine from the app on my phone and nothing.

Had trouble getting this connected. You need to connect with your phones Bluetooth BEFORE you open the app to set up. Make sure you hit the Bluetooth button on your speaker.. after the painful setup, you are connected to either Spotify, Deezwd or Apple music. So if you want this to work as intended, you also need a paid subscription to one of those 3 music services. Summary, set up was painful and didn't work on all devices and you are recommended a paid subscription to a 3rd party app.

Why would you mandate location tracking even when not using app. There is no need for tracking peoples phone for a kids karaoke microphone, especially when the app is closed. It wouldn't let me use app/make account without agreeing to give company complete access to my location at all time. You say you won't store location or track us, if that's true then you don't need to mandate location tracking. Returning microphone to store ASAP!
