This app helps you setup EZ Link on your compatible Karaoke microphones or Headphones. This app is compatible only with the following devices which are sold separately:

Getting the speaker connected wasn't clear - I had to go in thru my phone's Bluetooth settings. The music is thru your prefered music app - so for me that is Pandora. You can only choose 1 music app so I had to choose between pandora & Spotify (there are more choices). The music itself is a Disney Playlist hosted on the music app you choose. The girls LOVE it, but I wish that there was a soundtrack that comes with the kit because all lu girls want is to sing along with Encanto.

Why would you mandate location tracking even when not using app. There is no need for tracking peoples phone for a kids karaoke microphone, especially when the app is closed. It wouldn't let me use app/make account without agreeing to give company complete access to my location at all time. You say you won't store location or track us, if that's true then you don't need to mandate location tracking. Returning microphone to store ASAP!

Used it one, worked pretty good. Trying to open the app to use again and it keeps crashing before it even opens! Since you can only use Bluetooth or connect with a plug(which most new phones don't have a aux jack port) then I am unable to use it and have wasted $70.
