KidGrowth keeps the things you cannot afford to forget about your kids in one place: height and weight, shoe size, allergies, the checkup that is coming up, and when the next dose is allowed if there is a fever.

No account. No ads. Data stays on your device until you choose to share it.

Three in the morning, the child is burning up You are exhausted and trying to remember whether someone already gave a dose two hours ago or four. Log a dose and you get a countdown using the interval you set. The other phone in the house sees the same clock, so nobody gives a second dose by mistake. You can also log a fever on its own, and take a PDF summary to the clinic.

At the till, when the sale ends today Each child's clothing and shoe size sits in your pocket, with a date. You see how fast they outgrow a size, and you can convert between EU, US, and UK. History is kept, not only the last number.

What falls between the cracks Vaccine and checkup schedules are calculated from the date of birth, using official guidance for Israel, the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. You see what is coming, what is done, and what was missed, with a reminder in advance. This is a nudge to book; it is not the vaccination record. Results stay at the clinic.

When you are not home Allergies, sizes, and an emergency phone number on one screen. You can share a short text with a babysitter, and on Premium invite a sitter or a grandparent as view-only: they see what they need and cannot change anything. A carer can log a dose they gave, so you do not think the child never got it.

The numbers start to mean something A chart that shows the pace of growth, not a single measurement. WHO curves are context only. Sibling compare at the same age, and an adult-height estimate from the parents' heights. After a year you can see how many fevers there were, how many shoe sizes they went up, and how many centimetres they grew.

Privacy, without marketing adjectives The app works fully with no sign-in and no internet. There is no ad network and no third-party analytics. There are no children's photos in the app, at all. Backup to a second device and family sharing are Premium, and only after an account you open.

What is free and what is Premium Free: up to two children on one device, including growth, sizes, allergies, the checkup board, and the illness log. Premium: more children, sync between parents, a view-only invite for a carer, sibling compare, and the clinic PDF.

KidGrowth is not a medical device and does not give advice, a diagnosis, or a dose. The amount is stored as the text you typed; dosing is between you and your doctor or pharmacist.
