About this app

ChildOS Parent is an app for parents that helps organize children's daily chores and motivates them. You set tasks and rewards, your child collects points in the ChildOS Child app, and you can see their progress in one place.

HOW TO GET STARTED
Create an account, add your child, and generate a one-time code. Your child enters it in the ChildOS Child app, and you're done. No account or email address is needed.

TASK AND MOTIVATION
• One-time and recurring tasks: chores, learning, routines.
• You approve completed tasks, and your child receives points for them.
• A series of days on which everything has been completed and achievement badges.
• Reminders for your child about uncompleted tasks.
• A lesson plan for each day of the week.
• A weekly report on your child's progress.

REWARDS AND POINTS
• A rewards store you set yourself. Your child decides how to spend their points.
• A piggy bank with a savings goal. • The child can propose their own reward idea.

LOCATION AND SECURITY
• A map showing the child's phone's location, route, and zones (e.g., home, school) with entry and exit notifications.
• Notification when the child presses the SOS button.
• Location is provided by a separate, public ChildOS Care app, which you install on the child's phone. The ChildOS Child app itself does not collect location data.

WHOLE FAMILY
• Multiple caregivers in one family, e.g., both parents and grandparents.
• Multiple children on one account.
• Ad-free.

SUBSCRIPTION
New families have a 7-day free trial. After that, a subscription is required to continue using the app, including location and the SOS button. One subscription covers the entire family. Payment and cancellation are handled through Google Play.

The task generator suggests age-appropriate ideas, and the weekly report shows progress. Loud SOS alarm: when your child presses SOS, your phone plays a long alarm and vibrates — even when the app is closed.
