The game is good but there's a glitch concerning the last patient : an invisible wall is preventing us from using the second-to-last item, can you please fix it ?

Played level 2 and although the thermometer is unlocked, through watching ads and playing the mini games, but I'd doesn't let me use it. Reinstalled and downloaded again, same problem. Please FIX this IMMEDIATELY seen as someone else has the same problem as shown here in the reviews.

Cannot unlock thermometer for patient 2. Have watched the video and installed app. Also played mini game. Says it's unlocked the tool but it actually hasn't. Such a glitch. Please work on your game. And put more effort into it.
