Fine app. Does what it says. Positives: app doesn't show in app history, removes photos from plain view, provides organizational features Google Photos doesn't have. Cons: they store your images in plain format on their servers, so it's not secure, absolutely horrible UX -- videos don't loop, videos must launch a modal to play, video tracking bar is insensitive, it's far too easy to accidentally move items to the wrong folder. Advice: increase tracker sensitivity, decrease nav tap sensitivity

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. My Keepsafe App is glitching out every time I enter my access code. after entering my access code successfully, I can see my album, after clicking on my album, it glitches and then closes the program. I have gotten a new phone and it did this on the old phone as well. I have tried multiple times to Uninstall and Reinstall the app with no success. My account, access code in all other information are still correct and up to date. Customer service is impossible to reach!

wish I could move more photos without clicking on single pics! should be able to move photos into this folder without having to move each one with a click...maybe highlighting a day or month at a time would be nice. but maybe it's not for what I needed it for, maybe it's for like 50 or 60 photos you don't want seen on your general camera roll..????
