About this app

Kilé (“the path” in Soninke) is a free app for learning and practicing Islam gently, at your own pace. Designed as a sadaqa jariya (charity): no ads, no distractions, no account creation required.

Guided by a kind little bee, you progress step by step on your spiritual path.

1. DISCOVER THE QURAN
Surahs with the Arabic text, transliteration, translation, and a verse-by-verse explanation. Listen to the recitation, memorize at your own pace, and test yourself with quizzes.

2. STORIES OF THE PROPHETS
From Adam to Muhammad (peace be upon him): 25 prophets recounted in chapters, with lessons, key verses, and quizzes to validate your understanding.

3. THE 99 NAMES OF ALLAH
For each name: its profound meaning, associated verses and hadiths, a supplication, and a practical application in your life.

4. ESSENTIAL INVOCATIONS
The 40 Rabbanas of the Quran, morning and evening adhkar, daily duas (for meals, home, travel, sleep, etc.), and duas for life's trials (sadness, anxiety, illness, etc.). Share a supplication as a beautiful card.

5. DAILY TRACKING
Check off your 5 prayers and good habits: your bee grows with your regularity. Receive reminders for prayer times, calculated using your preferred method (Muslim World League, ISNA, Karachi, UOIF, etc.), as well as reminders for your morning and evening adhkar.

6. YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Everything is stored only on your phone. No account, no trackers, no ads. You can save and restore your progress whenever you want.
