Unfortunately full two-sided call recording is not possible on all Android devices. On some devices ROOTING can improve the call recording quality and/or may even be required to record calls. Total Recall Call Recorder is enhanced on Rooted Devices and on some devices includes device specific call recording improvements. I paid for this program and have had it for a couple of years and I'm constantly pissed with it. HOURS of troubleshooting has taught me that the only way to record a phone call is to uninstall it, reinstall it and set it up. At that point it will record and playback ONE phone call. After that it acts like it's recording and it acts like it's playing back but you can't hear anything. I've tried moving the audio files to my audio editing software and still can't hear anything.

Worked great on older Android phone but newer Sansung a42 (v 11) can't capture other person without putting the phone on speaker, which is awkward. I have the current version and accessibilty is on. Even when I have it on speaker, the audio quality is poor and hard to hear. I love that it is easy and convenient to choose which calls record, just hope it can fix recording without having to put the call on speaker or I won't renew subscription.

Worked perfectly for years, however for the past 6 months, all that records is a loud tone (if anything records, at all). I've contacted tech support, via the app, at least 10 times, sending my system info each time. They respond, after about a week or two, with things for me to change on my phone. But NOTHING HAS WORKED.... My subscription terminates in 6 months, and I won't be renewing!!!!
