I don't like the game as much as I used to. I hate that it switches to the season. pass game and I lose all the season tickets from the original game. I hate all the ads too. Soon as I die the ads automatically start then you have to look at another one if you want to continue the game where he left off. I miss old subway surfers. you could get the characters with coins instead of paying for them or using keys, or paying for them.

Fun to play & works completely fine if you don't have wi-fi at the moment! Events are always fun and the skins/surfers are always unique and beautiful. The events aren't always based on holidays, a lot of times they're about different places/destinations and cultures. It's a simple game with many extremely fun features, would recommend. Never had an issue, and I've been playing for almost 7 years!!

I paid for the no ad version, yet am still forced to watch ads to progress through the rewards - which was not clearly defined in the TOS. It's a scam: definitely unethical and maybe not legal. If it isn't legal, I hope someone files a class action lawsuit and they are forced to pay punitive damages. I would definitely not trust this company for any reason. I tried in app customer service: horrible response times, kept swapping people responding, and never addressed the issue.
