Enter a link to a product from an overseas shopping mall to check the estimated shipping cost. The actual amount charged may vary depending on weight, volume, and selected service after the item is received.

[Check My Overseas Address]

You can view and copy the shipping agent addresses and your mailbox number for each country.

[Request Shipment and History Management]

Enter product information and the shipping address to request a shipment, and check the progress status from receiving to delivery. You can attach photos if product verification is required.

[Shipping Notifications and Customer Support]

Allow notifications to receive shipping updates. Check the FAQ and support channels within the app.

You can use the same account as the Kimppareun website. The app download is free, but fees for shipping and additional services are charged separately.

Optional Access Permissions

• Photos and Camera: Attach product photos to the application form

• Notifications: Receive shipping updates

Even if you do not allow optional permissions, you can still use the service excluding those features.
