Vesta takes care of everything, including the notification messages sent to customers.

A booking and sales calendar for nails, eyelashes, waxing, and eyebrow tattooing.

■ One-line booking entry

"Kim Ji-soo Combo Eyebrows 3 PM"

Simply enter this, and a booking will be automatically generated.

The price, duration, and deposit for pre-registered treatments are automatically filled in,

and the calendar schedule and sales tally are completed simultaneously.

It recognizes booking confirmation messages sent via KakaoTalk even if you paste them exactly as they are.

Whether using a standard form or free text, you can enter information in the way you are most comfortable with.

It supports automatic AM/PM detection and treatment nickname matching (even if you just write "Combo," it recognizes it as "Combo Eyebrows").

■ Customer notifications are automatically sent via KakaoTalk

Once a booking is registered, a notification message is automatically sent to the customer via KakaoTalk. - Reservation Confirmation — Immediately after registering the reservation

- Reminder one day before the visit — 10:00 AM the day before

- Procedure Completion Notification — After the procedure is finished

You can choose to enable only the options you want from the three, and they all start off.

You can use it immediately by simply entering your business name and contact information.

You can check the scheduled delivery times and delivery results on the Reservation Details and Customer Details screens.

50 messages are provided for free every month, and you can top up credits in the app if you need more.

Failed deliveries are not deducted.

Since the customer's contact information is used to send messages, please inform the customer in advance when accepting reservations.

■ Monthly Calendar at a Glance

View all reservations in the monthly view using color blocks by procedure.

Tap a date to expand the list of reservations for that day,

and complete additions, modifications, or no-show processing on the spot.

When processing a no-show, only the deposit received is automatically counted as revenue.

■ Customer Management That Remembers Returning Customers

Customer information is automatically accumulated when you register a reservation.

You can view visit history and treatments received by individual clients, or set a specific time period to check which clients have visited for each specific treatment.

You can search directly by name or contact information.

■ Sales and Net Profit Summary by Treatment

Check the sales share by treatment for this month via a bar graph, and view the net profit (sales minus expenses) at a glance.

Expenses can be managed by grouping detailed items under major categories.

e.g., Monthly rent, maintenance fees, and internet bills within Fixed Costs.

Additional income outside of treatments, such as tuition fees and product sales, is also recorded.

You can export the monthly summary as an Excel (xlsx) file for sharing with a tax accountant or for private storage.

You can share it directly via KakaoTalk, AirDrop, or email.

If you share the same space, you can create a shop to view schedules together. - Invite members with a 6-digit code

When you first open the app, three short questions identify your operating style,

and automatically apply one of four templates, ranging from One-Person Shop Light to Multi-Person Shop Pro.

Categories can be freely added, modified, or deleted at any time thereafter.

■ Colors, Emojis, and Nicknames for Every Treatment

You can register price, duration, deposit, 17 colors, emojis, and nicknames for every treatment.

Once a nickname is registered, it automatically matches even if you shorten your input in a single line.

■ Pricing Information

You can use all features for free, including reservations, sales, settlements, customer management, and shop functions.

Credits are used based on the number of KakaoTalk notifications sent, with 50 free notifications provided each month.

Additional credits can be topped up within the app in increments of 300, 900, or 3,000 notifications.

The credits you top up remain indefinitely without an expiration date.

■ Secure Data Management

All data is securely stored in the Firebase cloud.

Upon account deletion, your registered reservation, treatment, expense, income, customer, and shop data will be immediately deleted.
