Let the care circle know when someone has checked in at the care location. Silver and Gold plans can support nearby check-in updates when enabled. KinCarer does not show live movement.

CARE PROFILE
Keep useful care details together, including medication notes, daily routines and care preferences, so the next person helping has clearer context.

HANDOVER NOTES
Leave updates after visits, appointments or changes so everyone can stay in the loop without repeating the same messages.

CARE FILE
Store important documents, photos and care information in one place, so your care circle can find what matters when they need it.

CLARA AI ASSISTANT
Ask Clara for organisational support based on information added to your care circle, such as schedules, notes, check-ins and care details. Clara is there to help with coordination, not medical advice.

CARE CIRCLE
Invite family members, friends, neighbours or paid carers. Roles and permissions help make sure people see the right information for how they are helping.

KinCarer helps with the everyday reality of care: the appointments, the routines, the reminders, the check-ins, the updates, and the quiet mental load that comes with wanting someone you love to be okay.

Silver includes care location visit updates, recurring routines and reminders, up to three care groups, up to six family members or paid carers, and 30 days of activity history.

Gold includes everything in Silver, plus unlimited care groups, unlimited team members and professional carers, Clara AI, Care File, and complete care history.

KinCarer does not replace the love, judgement or care you already give. It helps you organise it, share it and feel less alone carrying it.

Clara AI provides organisational support only and should not replace advice from qualified professionals.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your App Store settings.

What’s new

Setting up KinCarer is completely new. You can see what it does before we ask for anything, you only sign in once your circle is ready to save, and if you already have an account you can sign in from any step.

We also fixed a crash when your location was unavailable and stopped Settings reloading on its own.

A number of smaller fixes and improvements along the way.
