About this app

Download the new KinderCare App for a window into your child’s day. You can access pictures and updates throughout the day, plus a new messaging feature. Ask your Center Director when the app will be live in your center. Once your center is ready, check your inbox for an invitation email and follow the link to set up your password for the app.

Just like all the other reviews, this app worked fine until the Android 12 update. Still get notifications, though. Prior to this though, the app was alright. Nice to have updates to look back on; getting pictures & Videos during the day is so nice. But I would love to be able to see what my child is eating, sleeping, etc. in real time rather than having to wait until they close the day. Sometimes that doesn't happen until late, & the rare occasion it can take days. this would help a lot.

I really appreciate this app and the idea of increasing transparency between the center and parents. The one drawback is that now I "expect" to see more postings of pictures and notes detailing the day's activities, and I'm sometimes disappointed. I know that it takes time to incorporate a new technology, but when I logged on eager to see a picture of my daughters enjoying their fieldtrip to see Puss with Boots, there was nothing. :( Here's to more photos and videos in the near future! Thanks!

The app has been really easy to use and I like that on the home screen things show up in chronological order throughout the day. I wish the pre check-in information was incorporated and that you could send notes to teachers easier. I also wish teachers could input more bottle information- like that a bottle has been started, kind of like the naps, and when it was finished to help me know how my child is eating.
