About this app

Download the new KinderCare App for a window into your child’s day. You can access pictures and updates throughout the day, plus a new messaging feature. Ask your Center Director when the app will be live in your center. Once your center is ready, check your inbox for an invitation email and follow the link to set up your password for the app.

Ratings and reviews

Great UX for tracking your child's day. A few minor UI bugs pop up occasionally. I'd love better in-app prompts to encourage use of features like Milestones for both parents and staff. A button on the main page for full report history would be handy. Also, diaper entries need standardization — checkboxes for urine, stool, diaper, potty, and changed, plus a notes field, would give parents consistent, clear info across teachers and grades.

Overall the app is great. I love getting updates and pictures. But I no longer have a button to send a message to the center, and no messages from the center have been delivered to me since December 30. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 running Android 16. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app twice with no changes.

Just like all the other reviews, this app worked fine until the Android 12 update. Still get notifications, though. Prior to this though, the app was alright. Nice to have updates to look back on; getting pictures & Videos during the day is so nice. But I would love to be able to see what my child is eating, sleeping, etc. in real time rather than having to wait until they close the day. Sometimes that doesn't happen until late, & the rare occasion it can take days. this would help a lot.
