Download the new KinderCare App for a window into your child’s day. You can access pictures and updates throughout the day, plus a new messaging feature. Ask your Center Director when the app will be live in your center. Once your center is ready, check your inbox for an invitation email and follow the link to set up your password for the app.

Very informative when being used, it immediately became part of my daily routine. I enjoy being able to send a message instead of excusing myself to take a call. I really like having the menu immediately available everyday. I wish there was pre-checkin information like on the written sheets (mood, time up, last ate), I would also like a data export function. Its odd that there are check-in times, but not check out times listed, maybe thats just my center though.

This app worked great until I had to update the software on my s21+. Now the app acts like its going to open then just crashes! I cleared my cache & deleted a lot of apps from my phone to make sure it wasn't a storage issue, but it still won't open. I'm getting the app notifications, but when I click on them they just disappear! SO FRUSTRATING!!!!

The app is great when it works, but that's not very often. It is super broken and often doesn't load anything at all. My admin access reverts randomly to only seeing photos and not full reports, my relationship switches from parent to "other" every single time I load the app. I haven't been able to see anything except one video from March for months now. Tried reinstalling several times to no avail and I can't change anything inside the app because it takes away my access. Very frustrating
