Great UX for tracking your child's day. A few minor UI bugs pop up occasionally. I'd love better in-app prompts to encourage use of features like Milestones for both parents and staff. A button on the main page for full report history would be handy. Also, diaper entries need standardization — checkboxes for urine, stool, diaper, potty, and changed, plus a notes field, would give parents consistent, clear info across teachers and grades.

App frequently shows a blank screen when opening notifications, and I need to close it and reopen to resolve. Reactions to pictures and videos sometimes do not stick. Otherwise it is an invaluable tool for keeping in touch with the staff and operations as well as seeing the fun things the little ones are doing day to day.

I really appreciate this app and the idea of increasing transparency between the center and parents. The one drawback is that now I "expect" to see more postings of pictures and notes detailing the day's activities, and I'm sometimes disappointed. I know that it takes time to incorporate a new technology, but when I logged on eager to see a picture of my daughters enjoying their fieldtrip to see Puss with Boots, there was nothing. :( Here's to more photos and videos in the near future! Thanks!
