Kindertales for Parents features a variety of ways for you to stay connected to your child while they are in care. Receive updates as they happen allowing you to share in your child’s day.

You can access Kindertales from our mobile app or your desktop. This provides a convenient way to receive updates, make payments, complete forms and stay connected to your child on the go.

In the News Feed you will get updated on everything happening with your child, including daily activities, milestones, photos, messages from location staff and much more.

Daily activity updates will allow you to experience everything that is happening in your child’s day as soon as the staff records it on their tablets. Activities include what your child ate, when they slept, “My Day” photo updates and many more.

You will love seeing your children progress towards a variety of developmental milestones with updates that include photos and notes from their teacher. Instead of waiting for parent/teacher meetings, now you can see milestones that your children are reaching while they are in care.

Ratings and reviews

The mobile app continuously signs you out. The only way to know if your center sent you a message or get updates on the day is to constantly log in and check or get flooded with emails. It feels like a pointless method of communication to use between parents and teachers. Direct email or text messaging would be easier. The overall interface feels more for a desktop than mobile applications. It would be nice to have a blended news feed for both my children, but I have to toggle between profiles.

Constantly have issues with photos not showing up, times of posts being off, app force closing when I don't want it to, and then it won't close when I do want it to. I constantly have to 'force quit' it so it doesn't kill my battery. I have to keep the app if I want to know what's happening at daycare..... so I'm kind of stuck. In the past, I have been told that I'm the 'only person' with the problem, and they have nothing to say other than....keep trying; maybe it will fix itself.

Horrible app. Can't zoom in on messages and on any phone you can't read a message longer than a few words. Also their billing setup is one of the most ridiculous things I've seen lately. They don't ask for routing and account number, no, they want your bank login info. What a joke, the audacity. It's made me reconsider our choice in daycare, I don't feel I can support a business that would back a product like this. One that would think that providing bank account credentials is ok. Smh.
