Constantly have issues with photos not showing up, times of posts being off, app force closing when I don't want it to, and then it won't close when I do want it to. I constantly have to 'force quit' it so it doesn't kill my battery. I have to keep the app if I want to know what's happening at daycare..... so I'm kind of stuck. In the past, I have been told that I'm the 'only person' with the problem, and they have nothing to say other than....keep trying; maybe it will fix itself.

Horrible app. Can't zoom in on messages and on any phone you can't read a message longer than a few words. Also their billing setup is one of the most ridiculous things I've seen lately. They don't ask for routing and account number, no, they want your bank login info. What a joke, the audacity. It's made me reconsider our choice in daycare, I don't feel I can support a business that would back a product like this. One that would think that providing bank account credentials is ok. Smh.

You can add your account using Routing and Acc #. Just select the "Add Bank Account Manually" option. Bank logins are secured using OAuth via our partners Stripe & Plaid.

I know others have said it, but this app is the absolute worst for filling out forms. If you switch to any other app or your screen turns off while you look up info, for even a moment, the entire form will be cleared. You can't even make it easier by using autocomplete, because most of the fields are mislabeled in the code, resulting in your data getting entered incorrectly. Finally, the app doesn't adjust for the keyboard, meaning you can't see what you're typing into the bottom of the form.
