About this app

Stop chasing volunteers on WhatsApp.

KindSquare is the simple way for community organisations to coordinate recurring volunteers — from posting an opportunity to knowing exactly who's turning up. No more spreadsheets, endless group chats, or last-minute gaps.

Built for every kind of community organisation — charities, nonprofits, schools, sports clubs, faith communities, mutual-aid and care groups.

FOR COORDINATORS
• Post recurring opportunities — weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-off — with capacity, location and times
• See your coverage at a glance and spot the shifts that still need people, before they become a problem
• Approve sign-ups, run invite-only roles, and auto-fill empty spots from the waitlist
• Message all your volunteers in one place
• Log attendance, track hours, and export to CSV or PDF
• Automatic reminders by push, email and SMS — sent for you

FOR VOLUNTEERS
• Discover opportunities that match your interests
• Commit in a tap — one-off or recurring
• Can't make a date? Skip it in one tap, no awkward messages
• Reminders you can act on — confirm or skip straight from the notification
• Sync your commitments to your own calendar
• See your impact — the hours you've given, with a friendly monthly summary

Free to get started.
