Almost 3 weeks after installing and still not verified, but the app says it takes a few minutes to 3 days!

I really want to like Kinesis, but I can't seem to get any customer service for love or money to verify my account so I can literally give them my money. This is the third time this has happened. In the past leaving a one star review was the only way to get a response. Of course this makes me nervous about using their services- if I can't reach a living soul when I want to give them my money, how will it be when it is time to retrieve it? Kinesis, you are turning your evangelists from you.
