Chicken Road 2: Cross & Collect is a single-player mobile game featuring a colourful chicken, passing traffic and a road divided into short stages. Each round combines simple controls, virtual Coins and decisions about how far to continue.
The main Chicken Road gameplay takes place on a road with 24 lanes. Choose a difficulty, select an amount of virtual Coins and begin a round. Each successful step moves your chicken forward and increases the current multiplier.
After a safe step, you can collect the displayed virtual Coin amount or continue towards the next lane. If a collision occurs, the round ends and the Coins selected at the beginning are lost.
Road outcomes are randomly generated. The movement of traffic provides visual feedback, but waiting or changing the timing of your taps does not affect the probability of a successful step.
A guided tutorial introduces the Chicken Road controls through practice rounds with demo Coins. The GO and Collect buttons keep the basic actions easy to understand before using your regular virtual balance.
Four difficulty settings are available: Easy, Medium, Hard and Extreme. Each provides a different configuration for the road experience while keeping the same central gameplay structure.
An automatic collection option can also be configured at 2x, 3x or 5x. When a successful step reaches the selected multiplier, the current virtual Coin amount is collected automatically.
Players begin with 10,000 virtual Coins. These units are used exclusively within the game and support the regular round system, progression and selected customisation features.
Daily gifts provide additional virtual Coins, while a seven-day activity streak introduces a simple reason to return to the game. A free daily wheel offers another way to receive virtual game content.
Chicken Road 2 also includes daily missions and lifetime milestones. Completing supported activities contributes to XP, player levels and personal progression.
The statistics screen records your personal results and recent round history. You can review previous sessions, follow your level and check the progress of your Chicken Road profile.
Virtual Coins can also be used to unlock three chicken styles and three road themes. These options change the appearance of the game without altering its basic controls.
If your virtual Coin balance falls below the minimum amount needed to begin a round, a free refill option becomes available.
The Chicken Road presentation combines animated chickens, moving cars, grey asphalt and a graphite interface with yellow and green accents. The layout keeps the current lane, multiplier and available actions visible.
Both portrait and landscape orientations are supported. Sound, haptic feedback and reduced-motion settings allow players to adjust the presentation to their preferences.
Your active round and game progress are saved locally on your device. You can leave the app and return to your saved Chicken Road session later.
Regular gameplay is available offline. An internet connection is required for supported purchases and daily activity synchronisation.
Optional in-app purchases provide additional virtual Coin packs through Google Play. Purchased Coins and game progress are stored on the current device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes this information, and cloud recovery is not available.
All Coins are virtual game units. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be exchanged for real-world prizes. Chicken Road 2 does not provide real-world payouts.
The game is designed for players who enjoy short mobile sessions, straightforward controls, personal progression and customisable visual themes.
