About as good as you'd expect from the Kings. Season ticket holder. For some reason the app won't open until you open and force close it 3x. Then it works. Actually viewing your tickets is a tossup. I have to check in the morning if I can actually view them and sometimes it takes hours of opening and closing and redownloading before I can view them. This app gets worse every year. I dont even try to use it for anything else because I don't trust it.

I can't access my tickets, the app keeps crashing when I try to click on the game. This didn't used to happen before the app update at the start of the 25-26 season so something is wrong with the app. Also would get freezing and crashing on other options if the app but I've been stuck at the door trying to access tickets several times now

When you go to a game at the Golden 1 Center sometimes you get promotions for a free Jumbo Jack at Jack in the Box or free chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-a. Problem is you get a notification from the app to collect your free sandwich but when you go to the app there's nothing in the "PROMOS & NOTIFICATIONS". It just says "No messages". You go back to the notifications and the original alert disappears. That sucks.
