The 40-second rule is not working properly. I had to leave a game for less than 15 seconds when it wasn't even my turn to move and the game still timed out. Yet, my opponents rarely time out unless they "lose" internet connection. (Many times it seems that they deliberately leave the game if they are losing.) Also, on several occasions they still run down the clock for more than 8 minutes without timing out. So that feature isn't working for me the way it was intended. There is a glitch.

I love the game. Appreciate that I can see myself improving. However, there's a lot of times it feels like the AI is cheating because it will force you into a threefold repetition loss because it is about to lose... and it doesn't get penalized for doing its own threefold repetition first. If it is a loss for me, it should be a loss for the AI.

1. Your explanation regarding pre moves are quite appalling, i didn't want to write any more reviews. However as a good will gesture, I am writing this. Suggestions for re-designing some aspects. 1. This app should have local move validation code. It does that in some aspect. 2. Time management should be local and the app should allow sub second moves. 3. There are ads being sprung up during middle of a game. This need to be fixed.
