Kingtocar: Van with Driver

Kingtocar

About this app

Kingtocar is the app for booking a private van with a driver in Thailand — airport transfers, city-to-city trips and hourly charters. Book in a few minutes, see the price before you book, and get confirmed the moment you pay.

What you can book
• Airport transfers: Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang, Phuket and popular routes such as Bangkok–Pattaya, Hua Hin and Khao Yai
• City-to-city trips with the whole van, one way or return
• Hourly charters from 3 to 12 hours with kilometres included — add the places you want to visit and see the estimated arrival times
• Multi-day trips (up to 14 days), a route or an hourly package for each day, in one booking

Fixed price per van, nothing added later
• One price per van including the driver, fuel, tolls and parking
• Choose your vehicle: Toyota Commuter (groups and lots of luggage) or Toyota Alphard (VIP)
• Tell us how many people and bags — we size the vans to your group and suggest the best value

Pay online, confirmed instantly
• Pay by credit/debit card or PromptPay QR through Stripe — Kingtocar never sees your card number
• Pay a deposit or in full; pay the rest in cash to the driver on the day
• Your trip appears on the Trip tab as soon as you pay, with a PDF confirmation and an add-to-calendar link
• Free cancellation up to 3 days before the trip

On the day
• Watch your van arrive on a live map, with the driver's name and plate number
• Chat with your driver in the app and send a photo of where you are waiting
• Share your location with the driver while you wait (only when you turn it on)
• A pickup code makes sure you get into the right van

Help 24/7
• Message our team on LINE @kingtocar or WhatsApp, or call [phone], any day
• Change the date, move the pickup point or ask a question from the Help tab

Available in Thai and English.
