About this app

Kingtocar Driver is the work app for van drivers who run trips for Kingtocar in Thailand: airport transfers, city-to-city trips and hourly charters. Everything you need on the day is in one app.

Open a job with a code, no account
• No sign-up and no password: type the 6-digit job code your van desk or the Kingtocar team sends you by LINE or SMS, and the job opens.
• Jobs from a van desk: register once (name, mobile number, plate and 4 photos of the van); the team checks the van before the job opens.

Job tab
• Map with the pickup, stops and drop-off, each with a Google Maps navigation button
• Flight arrival link for airport pickups
• Passengers, bags and child seats
• The customer's 4-digit pickup code: the customer tells you the code before getting in
• Cash to collect from the customer, if any
• One big button, one step at a time: set off → at pickup → picked up → dropped off → cash received, with an optional photo
• Report a problem during the job
• Sound alerts when the customer calls you over or sends where they are waiting, and the screen stays on while the app is open

Customer chat tab
• Chat with the customer and send photos
• Ready-made phrases in the customer's language: English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Thai
• Large-text mode to show a message on your screen
• Call the customer through the app: neither side sees the other's number on the call

My jobs tab
• Today's, upcoming and past jobs
• My earnings: your pay from the desk for each job, received or pending

Your location
• The van's position is shared with the customer, the desk and the Kingtocar team only while the job page is open. No tracking when the app is closed.

This app is for drivers who received a job code from Kingtocar or from a van desk working with Kingtocar.

What’s new

Keeps sharing the van's location with the customer during a trip, even with the screen off or while using Google Maps (a notification shows while sharing; it stops by itself after the job).
