The service is absolutely awesome! Too good to be true. The app can be improved tho: when searching for availability, there is no way to cross reference the available locations/vehicles list with the icons on the map. I had to open google maps in a second phone to figure out which address corresponded to which dot on the map. It also was not made explicitly clear up front that only the account holder can drive, I had to dig into FAQs.

This app is utterly unusable. Why can't it just show you on the map which cars are available, at which times, without you having to prefill the exact date and time you want a car, and choose the pod you want to pick up from, then when it tells you no cars are available you just have to start the process over again at a different pod! Why are you making me play a guessing game to book a car? 1 star, uninstalled in frustration. Never trying to book a Cityhop car again. I'll stick with Mevo thanks!

The customer service experience was very disappointing. I did not cancel the bookings. I was only trying to update my credit card details, but the system did not work properly. The third booking went through successfully. I am requesting a refund for the first two transactions, which were charged as cancellation fees. The system was confusing, and the staff did not listen to my explanation.
