Sorry.. your app currently sucks.. setting pickup and dropoff times in 10 minute increments is a bad idea.. especially if you can't get a car in that location and change.. the whole thing resets and you have to scroll through and set the times again.. this whole part of you app is a terrible user experience... did anyone do any user testing? also with my phone I can't actually unlock or lock the car unless I force close the app.. Currently an awful experience and will now start using Mevo

Great way to hire a van for that short job , I moved my flat. 10min before it took the booking payment then you turn up to your booking location, just unlock via the app and away you go , simple sign up and credentials check. , excess kms charged after you return and end your booking via app , Great cityhop thanks A for service

The usability of the app interface is embarrassingly bad. "No vehicles found" for a specific location? I haven't even picked a location yet. Ok, so I pick a specific location - and the start+end date/time change randomly. Fix that, search again, none found. Fix the date/time again, now they come up. It's xx:01, want to hop in a car and go? Sure, just book for "":20 and wait! 10 minute booking increments + 10 minute wait,welcome to technological middle ages! Fire your devs, yesterday!
