Soo frustrating. I booked three times, and they automatically cancel it just before pickup I had enough funds in my bank account, and even after spending 30 minutes to clear the funds, Van was unable to lock through the app. I was on the call with the operator for a long time to unlock the van. On top of that, when I returned the van, it was unable to lock through the app again. It was after hours. DON'T BOTHER USING THIS APP.

Pretty good overall. My only suggestion would be to make it easier to know when certain cars (like cargo vans) are actually available, rather than having to insert proposed times and be told, sorry it's booked then. Every time you want to search a new day, the timing also resets to 12am, so it's admin heavy to try to search availability over several days. That's all, it's otherwise pretty good.

The service is great, the accessibility of the vehicles is great, the app itself isn't great and pretty buggy. Timed out on me a few times, would wig out and close itself without warning, wouldn't finish the ride and then said my return was overdue for a few minutes (ride finalised while i was on the phone to support team roughly 10 minutes after), also flagged my partners driving licence as out of date when it wasn't... Will defo use again, but the app could use some fine tuning
