Sorry.. your app currently sucks.. setting pickup and dropoff times in 10 minute increments is a bad idea.. especially if you can't get a car in that location and change.. the whole thing resets and you have to scroll through and set the times again.. this whole part of you app is a terrible user experience... did anyone do any user testing? also with my phone I can't actually unlock or lock the car unless I force close the app.. Currently an awful experience and will now start using Mevo

I had reserved a van, starting at 3.10pm. Txt at 2.09pm informed me that a van "waits for you". Indeed I did see a cityhop van in the mitre10 carpark. At 3.05pm I received a txt informing me that the vehicle is "currently unavailable". No apology, only a suggestion that I contact them "through the app". The app warned me of a 2 day turnaround on a msg. Recorded msg on phone gave no indication of how long it'd be before someone would answer, "high call volumes." Uninstalling now

Dont appreciate the forced usage of the app especially when it's so hard to use! As many other people have mentioned it's so annoying to have to scroll from midnight to the time you want to book for in 10 minute increments. Communication medium is inconsistent, got a text to say my booking was confirmed then an email a minute later to say it was cancelled. Don't understand why cityhop tried to fix something that wasn't broken in the first place.
