It's great that you started Kiose, but especially the location issue is reaching people in the provinces. This is also very worrying, especially in Ethiopia. They deliver things and I downloaded the app and tried to use it and we can't find what we want. One of the biggest problems is that they say, "I want the product I want, for example, I was looking for blue light glass, but the app needs to be updated again. I think it needs to be improved. Try to fix things."

The app itself is user-friendly, but I wouldn't recommend it for deliveries. My recent order took over half a day to arrive, and I had finished many cases at different locations, but the delivery couldn't arrive after 7 hours of order confirmation. The advertised 55% discount also seems misleading.
