About this app

We are tenants, Türkiye's tenant review platform. Before moving into a house, you can read the experiences of tenants who have actually lived there.

🏠 THINGS THE REAL ESTATE AGENT DOESN'T TELL
Is it warm in winter? Is there neighbor noise? Does the landlord return the deposit? You won't find the answers to these questions on the listing page — but a tenant who has lived in that house knows.

🗺️ EXPLORE ON THE MAP
See buildings on the map with colored pins: green means satisfactory, red means to avoid. Switch between street, satellite and 3D building views; understand the price level of areas at a glance with the rent heat map.

We are tenants, Turkey's tenant review platform. ⭐ EVALUATION BASED ON 10 CRITERIA
Each home is scored under the following headings:
• Heating and insulation
• Sound insulation
• Dampness and mold
• Landlord relations
• Transportation
• Neighborhood safety
• Water and plumbing
• Internet infrastructure
• Neighborhood and apartment building
• Price/performance

📊 REAL RENTAL DATA
Neighborhood and district indices compiled from real rental amounts shared by tenants. You can see a building's rental history and find the answer to the question "is this price normal?".

🔍 DETAILED SEARCH
Search by province, district, neighborhood, and street. Filter with combinations of criteria such as "Houses with 4+ heating and rents under 25,000 TL". Save your search and receive notifications when new matching reviews arrive.

🕶️ ANONYMOUS SHARING
If you don't want your name to appear when evaluating the house you still live in, share anonymously. Your identity will not be visible in any way.

💬 ASK A QUESTION
Ask your questions before moving in with the "Ask the residents of this building" feature, and get answers from former tenants.

📖 TENANT GUIDE

⚖️ SAFE COMMUNITY
Comments containing insults and personal data are automatically filtered and reviewed by the moderation team. Harsh but fact-based criticism is allowed; sharing personal data is prohibited.

We are tenants, completely free. You too can guide the next tenant by evaluating the house you live in or have moved out of. 🤝
