The video games I played as a kid didn't automatically save my progress, so I had to remember to click "save" myself.
It made me aware of my health and general condition at all times.
I try to do the same in real life.
When I'm calm and nothing's bothering me mentally or physically, I save.
It's not about the scenery, the activity, or the company involved. It's about my attention to the now.
In the future, when things get worse, I won't be able to get back into those saved moments, but at least I'd know that I noticed them at the time.
