This app is just all around bad. Customer service is less than useless. Every time I tried to verify my phone number/sim card (apparently both worked) I would get the notification confirming my number was verified. When I went back to the voicemail tab it was like I was back to square 1. Every. Time. It wouldn't sync to my voicemail box. I don't have on forwarding or any other voicemail apps installed. It would be hard to convince me this app isn't bogus and is just collecting your data. Beware!

tried to activate it but hangs on "please wait while dialing USSD.." whatever that is, despite also saying "call forwarding registration was successful" thus it is essentially useless.. x.x ~ EDIT: was gonna uninstall, but used another phone to test & actually works despite not being activated! so weird, but found out the transcription part of "visual" *isn't* free, so there's that.. will keep for now!

Great until recently. I've used this APP for a couple years now and never had an issue. In the last couple of weeks the APP seems to have stopped working all together. Doesn't reflect recent missed calls or voicemails. Also, when trying to delete old voicemails to free up room, I get an error message and am not able to delete any of them. Disappointed to say the least.
