why i can't see the animals in ar?? its just a normal camera... are this is a bug? and can you fix it? i thinks its not work on my phone😞 (redmi 7)

The animals are buggy and not showing on the floor in my samsung tab a Android 11 i update the app but still it's not working pls fix it in the next update pls developer pls and do it faster 1 day time pls pls 😭 then if it works I will give you five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
