It just flat out doesn't work, as others have said. Any card I add (debit, credit, visa, discover, doesn't matter what kind) doesn't work and says there was an error, but still charges my card and shows up in order history as "Received". Then when I show up at the store, they have no record of it. I'm sure this is very frustrating for the employees who have to deal with such "ghost orders". The old app was great, bring it back!

Cannot complete an order. Payment continually rejected. It has a good interface for ordering, but the error messages are not helpful to understand what I'm doing wrong, and it should be more reliable, or it's going to prevent me from going to Kitanda when I have other options that work for quick ordering and pickup

I had an easier time with the previous Kitanda app, so I am very disappointed that version 2.0 is this bad. I believe that I lost all of my rewards in the transition, because I needed to create a new account. As others said, many times the payment does not go through - and every time you enter your card, there is no way to remove it, so you end up with a list of repeated cards and have to guess which one is working. I love Kitanda and I am a long time customer, please go back to the old app.
