It just flat out doesn't work, as others have said. Any card I add (debit, credit, visa, discover, doesn't matter what kind) doesn't work and says there was an error, but still charges my card and shows up in order history as "Received". Then when I show up at the store, they have no record of it. I'm sure this is very frustrating for the employees who have to deal with such "ghost orders". The old app was great, bring it back!

I have tried to like this app and the old app but they just don't work. I tried to make an order last week, said Kitanda was closed, it was a Saturday at 10am, they were open. I have lost out on free rewards because ordering fails. I couldn't complete my order because the add card button doesn't work. I am done, I quit with this app.

Cannot complete an order. Payment continually rejected. It has a good interface for ordering, but the error messages are not helpful to understand what I'm doing wrong, and it should be more reliable, or it's going to prevent me from going to Kitanda when I have other options that work for quick ordering and pickup
